The Philcrest Kitchen, is managed by Christina Mamalis, She earned her Bachelors Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management as well as an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Platt College. Following graduation, she received experience at Tall Grass Prarie Table, opened both Hot Bunz locations where she was a supervisor, and also worked at Los Cabos Mexican Grill and Cantina.
