Meet Our Pros

Russell has been with Philcrest since 1990.
 
He is an NCAA Division 1 Conference Champion and has played USTA reaching Nationals at Open 5.5 and 5.0 level.  Russell has USPTA Master Certification and PTR certification. Russell is a member of the USTA and USPTA Missouri Valley Hall of Fame as well as the Oklahoma Tennis Hall of Fame. Russell has also served as President of the USPTA Missouri Valley and the USTA Oklahoma District.
 
He is a three-time National USPTA Top Ten Winner of Continuing Education.

Adam is our Head Pro and has been at Philcrest since 2005.
 
He was a top player in college, finishing his career at ORU, where he was captain for 2 years. Under his leadership, they won the Mid-Con Championship and made it to the NCAA Tournament.
 
Adam ran Lake Quivira Country Club's tennis program before coming to Philcrest. He has coached several NAIA and NCAA scholarship players.

Andrew is a graduate of The University of Oklahoma, where he was a varsity scholarship tennis player.  He was a Big Eight Conference champion at #4 singles and played #1 singles his senior year at OU.  In doubles, Andrew has been ranked as high as #2 by the USTA and won a USTA National Clay Court Doubles Championship.
 
Andrew was previously the Head Pro at The Beach Club in Florida as well as the General Manager of KC Racquet Club before joining us at Philcrest.

Bryan is a graduate of Northeastern Oklahoma State University, where he was a varsity scholarship tennis player. He is a two-time USTA 9.0 Mixed Doubles National Champion.
 
Bryan has been teaching tennis since 1996 at clubs in Texas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
 
He has been married to his wife, Angie, since 1998 and they have two sons, Hudson and Brady.

Born and raised in Tulsa, Nika has a diverse heritage from Chile, China, Switzerland, Denmark, and England. She is bilingual in English and French.
 
​ Nika has over 17 years of experience in tennis. She competed at the NCAA Division 1 Level at Oral Roberts University from 2011-2016 in the Summit League and Southland Conference at No. 5 & 6 Singles and No. 2 & 3 Doubles. She graduated as a Golden Eagle Scholar with a B.S. in Media, Concentration in Advertising.
 
Nika knew she wanted to be a tennis player after seeing Wimbledon on TV. She enjoys hitting, training, and competing, as well as experimenting with different match ups and styles. She has been a Philcrest member for over a decade and coaches players of all ages and levels, helping them improve, enjoy the sport, and meet their goals.
